GhostVM runs locally on Apple silicon Macs. Before sending a request, note the GhostVM version, macOS version, affected VM state, and the exact action that failed.

Quick checks

• GhostVM requires macOS 15.6 or later on an Apple silicon Mac.
• Enable the GhostVM Agent when the app asks for Login Items authorization; core VM operations wait for this authorization.
• Creating a macOS VM requires a compatible Apple restore image (.ipsw) selected by you and sufficient free disk space.
• Guest Terminal, clipboard, and file transfer require the bundled Guest Tool to be installed and connected inside the guest.
• The Mac App Store edition supports NAT networking only.
